The only thing that has not been replaced is the processor, but we have reapplied the cooling gel with no noticable impact on the crashes, either good or bad. We have tried clean installs of all viewers multiple times. Does anyone have any solution for this issue?
We are completely out of ideas about what could be causing the problem across these different machines.We welcome ANY advice that doesn't involve repeating advice we have heard from multiple sources and i still get the Error or crashing. When I start having issues that are driver related I'll upgrade......not before. Reports say that you can help reduce the issue by NOT running youtube or netflix in the back ground as it could be related to FLASH drivers.
