CRASH-O-RAMA! I get a message that says a error has occured in the script on this page. Inserting the missing close tag did the trick. So in conclusion, if Unchecking "Enable 3rd party party browser extensions" does fix the problem, use HijackThis to locate any un-reputable BHO's such as Newdotnet, and remove them.
