Default Future of games built on servers

With no limits from console limitations, where do you see the future of games going?

I think eventually all gaming will be like this. I also think that computers will go the same route. No need to pay for a pricey computer, just pay to rent part of a server. Maybe it will be built into your internet connection price?

It will be cool because anything with a display could have the power of a very powerful computer. I really like the cloud concept and hope it advances technology as much as everyone says it is going to.

I bet Playstation and Xbox will come up with similar services, but I doubt nintendo will. Nintendo doesnt even have HD games yet lol.

I agree, I think the whole cloud computing thing will take computers and gaming a long way.
